Our customer RetNemt.dk packs and delivers meal boxes with recipes and fresh ingredients. Right to the doorstep of their customers. The employees at RetNemt are currently busy and it’s important that they do not take unnecessary steps when packing meat, fish and vegetables. Therefore, they are happy with the 4 balers for compaction of cardboard and plastic, which are placed along the packing lines.

Compaction of cardboard directly at the waste source

At the end of every production line, they have a Bramidan baler installed so employees can throw empty cardboard boxes directly into the chamber of the machine. This optimizes the handling of cardboard waste, which is compacted into bales for recycling - for the benefit of the company and the environment.

Time saved is money earned

Previously, RetNemt had a compactor standing outside for cardboard. When placing balers close to the packaging line, employees are able to pack the meal boxes and get rid of the cardboard waste very quickly. They no longer need to carry the empty cardboard boxes outside. And they save a lot of time and extra steps.

Furthermore, the gate is not left open, which could at worst result in pests accessing the packing hall. Time saved is money earned.

Vertical door - for quick filling

The installed cardboard balers, model B20 VD, have a vertical door to the chamber. This means that the door is opened upwards and stays open all the time, so employees can easily and quickly fill in cardboard boxes.

This is also a very space-saving solution, e.g. when the machine is located where many have to pass or work.
